There is one inbox and a real person behind it. Supercut is built by an independent developer operating from Singapore, so email reaches the person who wrote the code rather than a queue. Expect a reply within one business day, and a straight answer even when the answer is no.

Bugs, a clip that will not load, a prompt that did the wrong thing, a feature you want. Say what you were editing and what you expected, and attach nothing: we cannot look at your footage and we do not want to.
Subject: Supercut supportWrong plan, a charge you did not expect, a receipt you need, or a refund. Include the email you paid with. Web purchases run through Stripe, Mac App Store purchases through Apple, so we will tell you which one to go to if it is theirs to reverse.
Subject: Supercut billingScreenshots, the logo, a demo build, or a fact you want checked before you print it. We would much rather correct a draft than a published piece.
