This website is operated by Harsh Manwani. There is one inbox and a real person behind it, so email reaches the person who wrote the code rather than a queue. Expect a reply within one business day, and a straight answer even when the answer is no.

Bugs, a clip that will not load, a prompt that did the wrong thing, a feature you want. Say what you were editing and what you expected, and attach nothing: we cannot look at your footage and we do not want to.
Subject: Supercut supportWrong plan, a charge you did not expect, a receipt you need, or a refund. Include the email you paid with. Web purchases run through Stripe, Mac App Store purchases through Apple, so we will tell you which one to go to if it is theirs to reverse.

If you are trying to work out whether Supercut can do a particular edit at all, the full tool list shows every operation with the exact prompt that triggers it.
Supercut sells a software subscription. It is a video editor that runs on your own computer, in a web browser at supercut.cc/app or as a desktop app for macOS and Windows. You describe an edit in plain English and the software performs it: trimming, cropping, captions, compression, format conversion, colour and audio work, and screen recording. Nothing is shipped, because there is no physical product to ship.
Supercut does not support adult content. The Service must not be used to create, edit or export pornographic, sexually explicit or nudity-related material, and no adult video editing service is offered on this website or in the app. This applies to the free tier and to every paid plan.
