Shipping and delivery policy

Supercut is software. Nothing is posted, couriered or shipped, and there is no delivery charge to pay. What you buy is access to the paid tools, and that access is delivered electronically to your account.

How long delivery takes

Electronic. The paid tools unlock on the account you paid with.
Normal delivery time
Immediately, within a minute of the payment being confirmed
Maximum delivery time
24 hours, if a payment needs manual confirmation
Delivery charge
None. There is nothing to ship.
Where we deliver
Everywhere. The software runs on your device, so no location is out of range.

What arrives

  • The web app: sign in at supercut.cc/app with the account you paid with. The paid tools are already unlocked. There is nothing to install.
  • The desktop app: download it from supercut.cc/download for macOS or Windows and sign in with the same account. One plan covers both apps.
  • A receipt: emailed by the payment provider to the address you paid with, at the time of the charge.

If your access does not appear

First sign out and back in, which re-reads your plan. If the paid tools are still locked 24 hours after the payment, email support@supercut.cc from the address you paid with. We reply within one business day and either unlock the account or refund the payment in full. You never have to argue for one of the two.
